3M™ PTFE Film Tape 5490

 

3M™ PTFE Film Tape 5490 uses a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film backing. This material has an extremely low coefficient of friction, combined with a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive, to provide a smooth, non-stick surface on a variety of substrates to support material movement in a variety of lay-up applications.
